1 cup  Nuts, hazelnuts, whole
2 tsp  butter
0 1/4 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In baking dish, mix hazelnuts, butter, coriander, salt, and pepper in a baking pan. Toss to coat.
  3. Roast in oven 3 to 5 minutes, shaking pan often, until nuts are glazed. Serve warm or cooled.
