24 oz  trout fillet, raw
1 tbsp  olive oil
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 cup  bread crumbs
1 tsp  curry powder
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lay trout on a baking sheet. Coat trout with 1 teaspoon oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, curry, chili powder, pumpkin pie spice, thyme, red pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Rub the mixture onto the surface of the trout. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of oil over the trout.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is flaky.
