3 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tsp  ground cumin
2 tsp  ground oregano
2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
2 lb  Beef, flank steak, london broil, lean, raw, 0" trim
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Mix brown sugar, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and allspice.
  2. Whisk in olive oil.
  3. Massage mixture over flank steak and let rest 20 minutes.
  4. Heat a cooking spray coated grill rack over medium high heat.
  5. Lay steak on grill rack and cook 8 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
