2 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
1 cup  chopped yellow bell peppers
1 each  Onion, sweet, fresh
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Saute peppers and onions for about 13 minutes or until soft.
  2. Mix in garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper and saute 2 minutes.
