0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 1/2 lb  tilapia fillets
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium lemons
2 tbsp  butter
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Mix salt with cumin and red pepper. Rub mixture onto tilapia.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of tilapia with cooking spray. Cook 3 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Move tilapia to a serving platter and squeeze lemon over.
  3. Combine butter, cilantro, lemon rind, paprika, and salt and stir until fully combined. Serve butter with tilapia.
