0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 3/4 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
2 tbsp  shallots, chopped
7 oz  romaine lettuce
4 each  Radishes, fresh
1 oz  blue cheese
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
Directions
  1. In a large serving bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Add in the shallots, spring greens, and radishes; toss to coat well.
  2. Grate the cheese onto the salad, top with walnuts, and serve immediately.
