4 oz  plain yogurt
1 oz  fresh mint
0 3/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground coriander
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 each  medium cucumber
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, mint, cumin, salt, coriander, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Peel and dice cucumber.
  3. Add cucumber to yogurt mixture. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Serve immediately. Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 days.
