3 lb  pork tenderloin
2 quart  Sauce, tomato chili, low sodium
2 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  oregano leaves
2 each  medium garlic cloves
Directions
  1. Cut pork into strips and cook in a large saucepan until browned.
  2. Add garlic and salt and cover for 30 minutes.
  3. Add red chile sauce, pouring over meat, and simmer one hour. For a quicker meal, boil over a low heat for 20 minutes instead of simmering.
