3 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/4 cup  soy flour
0 3/4 cup  quick cooking rolled oats
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 each  package baker's yeast
1 cup  cooked long grain brown rice
2 1/4 cup  fat free milk
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Mix flour, oats, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix in rice, milk, and oil, stirring until smooth. Pour batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch bread pans. Let rest, covered 30 minutes.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
