0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
0.3333 cup  red onion, sliced
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  canola oil
2 tsp  chili sauce
0 1/2 lb  mahi mahi fillets
1 each  medium avocadoes
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
  1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Combine well. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour before serving.
