1 1/2 lb  large raw shrimp
1 1/2 tsp  garam masala
1 1/2 tbsp  canola oil
1 1/2 cup  chopped green bell peppers
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
0.3333 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  black pepper
1 each  medium limes
  1. Coat shrimp with garam masala and let rest.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Cook pepper and onion 5 minutes. Mix in shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Mix in wine, 3 tablespoons cilantro, salt, and pepper and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Top each serving with the rest of the cilantro and a lime wedge.
