Ingredients

1 lb  Soybeans, edamame, shelled, frozen
2 tsp  canola oil
1 tsp  sesame oil
1 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/2 tsp  salt
Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in the edamame. Cook until bright green, about 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Heat both oils in a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add in the curry and coriander, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the edamame and cook for about 1 minute until well coated, stir constantly. Sprinkle with the salt and serve immediately.
