1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0 1/2 cup  plain yogurt, whole milk
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
2 tbsp  pimentos
1 tbsp  tomato paste
2 tsp  Horseradish, minced, canned
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 cup  Lettuce, iceberg
1 each  medium limes
Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the shrimp until opaque, about 3 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In small bowl, whisk yogurt, onion, pimientos, tomato paste, horseradish, and pepper.
  3. Place 1/2 cup of lettuce each serving plate. Evenly divide shrimp and place on top of lettuce. Top each with 1/4 cup of sauce. Garnish with lime wedge.
