0 1/2 cup  macaroni, uncooked
6 cup  tap water
0 3/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
0 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion

Blue Cheese Dressing
0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
1 oz  blue cheese
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 tsp  celery seeds
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
Macaroni
  1. In medium saucepan, over high heat, bring water to boil. Add pasta, cook 7 minutes or until just tender. Reduce heat as necessary to prevent boil over.
  2. Drain pasta and allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Toss macaroni, pepper, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
Blue Cheese Dressing
  1. Whisk mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss with macaroni salad. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve.
