2 cup  chopped apples
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  fat free sour cream
3 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  light honey
8 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. Mix apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Drizzle mixture over apple mixture and gently toss. Serve on a lettuce covered serving platter.
