1 1/2 lb  sweet potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 lb  russet potatoes
0 3/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 pinch  salt
2 each  fresh green onions
2 oz  stuffed green olives
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook potatoes 10 minutes or until just soft. Strain and cool.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, milk, lime juice , cumin, and cayenne powder. Drizzle mixture over potatoes and lightly toss. Sprinkle with salt and top with green onions and olives. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
