4 oz  raw medium shrimp
4 oz  ground pork
1 each  egg whites
2 tbsp  cornstarch
2 tbsp  sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  Sauce, oyster, ready to serve
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/4 tsp  toasted sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Finely dice shrimp until a paste begins to form.
  2. Combine shrimp, pork, egg white, cornstarch, water chestnuts, oyster sauce, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook mixture in a frying pan over medium heat 10 minutes or until it becomes browned.
