0 3/4 lb  large raw shrimp
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  margarine
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  shallots, chopped
0 1/2 cup  Papaya, fresh, cubes
1 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  fresh chives
0.3333 cup  white wine
0 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
Directions
  1. Mix shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat margarine in a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium high heat. Cook shrimp mixture 3 minutes. Take shrimp out of pan and reserve in a warm place.
  3. Cook shallots 1 minute.
  4. Mix in papaya, basil, and chives and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in wine and Worcestershire sauce. Let boil 2 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Move shrimp back to frying pan and cook 30 seconds or until fully heated.
