4 piece  Bread, French, small slice
1 each  medium garlic cloves
6 cup  romaine lettuce leaf
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
0.125 tsp  dry mustard
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Massage garlic over bread slices. Finely chop the garlic and set aside.
  3. Slice bread into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes. Bake on a baking sheet 5 minutes or until bread is crusty.
  4. Put lettuce in a salad bowl.
  5. Whisk together lemon juice, saved garlic, egg product, oil, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, mustard, and red pepper sauce.
  6. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss with pepper and croutons.
