Ingredients

1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 lb  sweet potatoes
1 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Coat a frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  2. Cook onion and garlic 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Mix sweet potatoes with orange juice and lime juice in pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  5. Cook, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce is thick.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
