2 lb  potatoes, fresh, medium
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
0 1/4 cup  lowfat milk
2 tbsp  margarine
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Using an electric beater or a potato masher, smash potatoes until smooth.
  2. Blend in sour cream, milk, and margarine until creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
