1 1/2 lb  fresh okra
1 each  Cooking Spray, canola, roast garlic, 1/3 sec spray
1 pinch  garlic powder
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Cut off stems from okra. Boil a pot of water and cook okra 1 to 2 minutes. Strain well.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Sauté okra until okra is almost black, mixing often. Season okra with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
