Ingredients

1 each  olive oil cooking spray
3 each  fresh leeks
1 each  medium yellow bell peppers
1 each  small red bell peppers
1 cup  medium green bell peppers
1 pinch  salt
0 1/2 oz  bouquet garni
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Put vegetables in pan and coat with cooking spray. Place lid on pan, and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Mix bouquet garni into pan and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
