1 each  Cooking Spray, canola, non-aerosol, butter flavor, 1/3 sec spr
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup  kale, chopped
0 1/4 cup  cold water
3 each  medium potatoes
0 1/4 cup  fat free sour cream
3 tbsp  fat free milk
1 1/2 tbsp  margarine
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
Directions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Mix greens and water into pan and bring to a boil. Continue cooking 5 minutes with lid on. Take lid off and cook until all liquid has absorbed.
  3. Smash potatoes in a bowl with sour cream, milk, and margarine. Mix into greens and cook over low heat until heated. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
