Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated pot over medium heat. Cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic 3 to 4 minutes or until soft.
  2. Stir greens and water into pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat, place lid on pot, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until greens are wilted. Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. When ready to serve, top with chopped eggs.
