1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  Vinegar, red wine
0 1/4 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
2 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  dried rosemary
2 tsp  grapeseed oil
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
15 oz  Figs, canned, with light syrup
  1. Using a food processor or blender, pulse garlic until finely diced.
  2. Blend in vinegar, orange juice, sugar, rosemary, grapeseed oil, pepper, salt, and figs and puree until smooth.
