12 oz  soft tofu
1 cup  seasoned rice vinegar
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 1/2 oz  honey
2 tsp  toasted sesame oil
2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
  1. Place tofu in strainer and drain for 5 minutes. Pat tofu dry with paper towels.
  2. In food processor or blender, purée tofu with remaining ingredients until creamy and smooth.
