1 lb  fresh green beans
3 cup  tap water
0 1/2 tsp  peanut oil
0 1/2 tsp  rice vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  sesame oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 1/2 tsp  toasted sesame seeds
  1. In large saucepan, bring water to boil. Add beans and cook 8 minutes, until crunchy but soft.
  2. Strain and quickly soak beans in ice cold water bath. Drain and transfer to serving bowl.
  3. In small bowl, whisk peanut oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and garlic.
  4. Drizzle dressing over beans and toss.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
