0 1/2 cup  pineapple orange juice
1 cup  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground mace
0 3/4 cup  couscous
0 1/4 cup  canned pineapple chunks, drained
2 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 each  medium avocadoes
3 tbsp  whole almonds
  1. Heat pineapple-orange juice, cinnamon, and mace in a 1-quart saucepan to boiling.
  2. Add couscous, cover, and remove from heat.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple chunks.
  5. Pour the salad into a serving bowl.
  6. Top with banana slices.
  7. Sprinkle salad with lemon juice.
  8. Top with avocado and almonds.
