0 1/4 cup  cider vinegar
0 1/4 cup  vegetable oil
1 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
1 tsp  minced onion
1 tsp  salt
1 each  medium head cabbage
1 each  medium carrots
1 each  medium oranges
  1. In 1-qt. saucepan, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, celery seed, onion, and salt.
  2. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat immediately.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and orange.
  5. Add dressing and toss until the slaw is well-coated.
