0 1/4 cup  mirin
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 each  fresh green onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  sesame oil
0 3/4 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger, green onion, garlic, and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Stir in cubes of chicken and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the broiler. Thread skewers with chicken cubes.
  3. Place in a shallow baking dish and broil for 5-7 minutes, turning over and reapplying marinade a few times as they cook.
