1 each  fresh avocado
0 1/2 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 each  large hard-boiled eggs
4 each  large hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 each  medium celery stalks
1 each  medium tomatoes
  1. Place avocados in a medium-sized salad bowl or container. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mash by hand.
  3. If you are using the celery and tomato, add them now and mix.
