1 lb  fresh green beans
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
1 tbsp  capers
1 1/2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  salt
0 1/2 oz  anchovy filets
  1. Place green beans in a pot with enough water to cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower heat, simmer, uncovered until tender, about for 4-6 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients together in a large serving bowl. When green beans are done, add to the tomato mixture, toss to coat, and serve.
