3 each  large red bell peppers
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/2 each  whole heads of garlic
2 each  parsley sprigs
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt
  1. Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor or hand grinder.
  2. Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and add oil and salt. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until some of the liquid evaporates. Keep refrigerated.
