0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
4 oz  pine nuts
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  cold water
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Using a food processor, chop the basil, pine nuts, and garlic. Add oil and mix until combined.
  2. While mixing, add water to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
