1 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  olive oil
2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Using a food processor or a blender, mix the eggs. Add the lemon juice, garlic, and mayonnaise.
  2. While ingredients are being mixed, add oil in a slow, steady stream.
  3. Season with sugar substitute and salt and pepper to taste. Add in the parsley, briefly pulsing to combine. Store refrigerated in a container.
