1 cup  farmer's cheese
0 1/2 cup  fat free ricotta cheese
0 1/4 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 oz  onion soup mix
  1. Using a fork, combine the cheeses and yogurt until smooth. Add the mayonnaise and soup powder. Mix until combined. Can be mixed in a food processor as well.
