4 oz  Tomatillo, fresh, medium
0 3/4 cup  Avocado, halves
3 oz  Radishes, fresh
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 each  cooking spray
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp  poultry seasoning
  1. Remove and dispose of tomatillo husks. Finely dice tomatillos.
  2. Mix tomatillos, avocado, radish, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and red pepper in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium high heat.
  4. Season chicken with poultry seasoning and cook in pan for 3 minutes. Flip chicken, lower heat, and cook another 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve chicken with tomatillo/avocado mixture.
