1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0 1/2 lb  large scallops
0 1/2 lb  cooked crab
1 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
3 tbsp  shallots, chopped
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
6 cup  salad greens
  1. In large pot, boil shrimp and scallops 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Remove shrimp and scallops from water and allow to cool to touch. Slice into quarters.
  3. In large bowl, mix shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, tomato, cilantro, shallots, lime juice, and jalapeño pepper.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon seafood salad onto salad greens .
