1 each  cooking spray
4 cup  frozen sweet corn kernels
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  large red bell peppers
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Spray a fry pan with cooking oil and heat over medium heat. Place corn, bell peppers, and garlic in pan and coat vegetables with cooking spray. Place lid on pan and let vegetables cook over medium-low heat 25 minutes or until soft, stirring often.
  2. Pour water into frying pan, replace lid on pan, and heat over low heat 15 minutes or until liquid is evaporated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
