1 each  small onions
1 tbsp  margarine
2 cup  Beans, lima, baby, frozen
2 cup  Corn, whole kernel, canned
0 1/2 cup  vegetable broth
0 1/2 cup  fat free half and half
1 floz  salt
1 floz  black pepper
Directions
  1. Melt margarine in a pot and cook onion 5 to 8 minutes or until translucent. Mix in lima beans, corn, broth, and half-and-half. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, place lid on pot, and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
