0.3333 cup  salted butter
1 cup  sugar
3 each  egg whites
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0.6667 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened, baking
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt

Chocolate Glaze
0.6667 cup  confectioners sugar
2 tbsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened, baking
0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
3 tsp  cold water
1 oz  rainbow sprinkles
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until fully combined. Blend in egg whites. Blend in vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 8 inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fully set and cooked in the middle. Let fully cool on a wire rack.
  4. Beat together confectioner's sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and hot water. Only beat in enough water to make preferred texture. When brownies are fully cooled, spread frosting over brownies. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles if using. Slice into squares.
