1 lb  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
1 tsp  olive oil
2 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water. Remove stems and leaves.
  2. Slice sprouts in half.
  3. In sauté pan, heat oil over medium.
  4. Add sprouts cut side down and thyme. Cook 2-3 minutes until sprouts start to brown.
  5. Stir in water, salt, and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Cook 10 minutes or until sprouts are soft, stirring often.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
