1 lb  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
1 tsp  olive oil
2 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water. Remove stems and leaves.
  2. Slice sprouts in half.
  3. In sauté pan, heat oil over medium.
  4. Add sprouts and thyme. Cook 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in water, salt, and pepper. Cover.
  6. Cook 3 minutes or until sprouts are soft, stirring often.
  7. When ready to serve, garnish with parsley.
