0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 cup  dry roasted unsalted peanuts
1 1/2 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp  fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  tabasco sauce
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 lb  ground pork
0 3/4 lb  ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Mix together cilantro, peanuts, brown sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce, garlic, pork, and turkey breast. Separate into 6 portions and form into 6 burgers.
  3. Grill burgers 7 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
