6 each  Tomatillo, fresh, medium
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. Peel husks and cut off stems of tomatillos. In medium saucepan, combine tomatillos and pepper. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Cook 15 minutes; strain well.
  2. Using blender or food processor, purée tomatillos, jalapeno, salt, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Coat medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Spoon mixture into pan and cook 2 minutes. Add water and cook 1 minute.
  4. Remove salsa to serving dish. Top with cilantro.
