0 1/2 cup  fresh dill weed
4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  vinegar
1 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
1 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. In a food processor, chop the dill and garlic with the vinegar.
  2. Add mayonnaise and sugar substitute. Pulse until combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. If it is very thick, add water to reach the desired consistency.
