0 1/2 cup  horseradish
1 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
1 tbsp  white wine
2 each  large garlic cloves
Directions
  1. With a wire whisk, combine the mayonnaise with the white wine. Add garlic and horseradish. This can be mixed by hand. However, the consistency will come out smoother if pulsed in a food processor. Add water for desired consistency.
