3 cup  cold water
0 3/4 cup  Cornmeal, yellow, enriched
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Slowly mix in cornmeal.
  3. Cook over medium to medium-low heat, stirring continually until liquid is absorbed and mixture becomes thick, 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
