2 1/4 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
0 1/2 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 cup  long grain white rice
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Combine broth, turmeric, and salt and bring to a boil; mix in rice.
  2. Lower heat, place lid on pot, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed into rice. Garnish with parsley.
