1 1/2 cup  Kasha, roasted, dry
1 each  eggs
1 each  large green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
4 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/4 tsp  fresh thyme
8 oz  Broccoli Rabe, fresh
0 1/2 cup  Beans, lima, baby, frozen
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine kasha and egg. Move mixture to a frying pan and cook mixture until kasha is dry and grains are broken up.
  2. Pour oil in a large pot and cook bell pepper, green onions, and garlic 5 minutes or until soft.
  3. Stir in kasha, broth, marjoram, and thyme and bring to a boil. Lower heat, place lid on pot, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until kasha is soft and most of the liquid is evaporated.
  4. Add broccoli rabe and lima beans into mixture and cook, with lid on, 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
